The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4257— A Bill to amend and reenact §16-39-3 and §16-39-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to visitation of a patient in a health care facility; visitation when the patient is stable following a surgical procedure; and visitation of a patient by a member of clergy.
